"An amazing two weeks. We had a group of family, and then a group of friends and it was unanimous - the perfect retreat and just what we were looking for, both in amenities and location. Close to the village and the bakery, with the train and highway close by for trips to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, and Italy. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Menton is a lovely town, and a stay at this villa grants you (hilly) walking access to all Menton has to offer. "Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay at Jean - Luc’s beautiful villa. Super clean with accommodation arranged to provide privacy and space for everyone. Really well equipped for a very enjoyable stay. Lovely pool and outside area.Jean-Luc was very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to beaches and places to eat in Cagnes-sur-Mer with easy access to Nice, Monaco, Cannes and Biot from nearby train station. "

"Very clean with modern amentities and quiet. Great wifi speeds. Terriffic view. We had a car so climbing up to the property was fine, but would be a challenge without a car (although good exercise!) Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer has great restaurants and large supermarket. Regular train and bus service at the base of the hill. 6 minute train to Monaco."
