All staff were friendly, and you could tell they were dedicated to their jobs and had the guests prioritized first. As an added treat amenity there was a well-maintained and wide variety of food items for breakfast every morning. The room itself was very good size for probably up to (4) travelers. My special thanks to the front desk receptionist who was extremely friendly, nice to always see a smiling face. Thank You Best Western East Peoria."

"I did not know prior to booking that there is a skywalk connecting this hotel to the Peoria Civic Center. That was a wonderful surprise, especially since it was cold after the show and we didn’t have to go outside to walk back to the hotel. "
