"This was the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We came with the intentions to ski at Mt. Kato but due to unseasonably warm temps that didn’t happen. "We ventured to Mankato for some skiing over spring break. The kids, ranging in ages from 15 to 10, really enjoyed the game room! How cool and unique from most VRBO’s! The adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub as well, which was very nice and also easy to use. The house was clean and provided just enough space; the bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. I also appreciated the Native brand soaps in the showers…nice the owners go the extra step like that! Would definitely stay again. "

"We came for a couple of hockey games and loved staying at this beautiful, cozy farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and communicative, including recommending local restaurants. The beds are so soft and Lisa’s decorating makes you feel right at home. We had gorgeous fall weather so we spent a lot of time out on the deck with our morning coffee. The kitchen had what we needed and our hosts even left some welcoming snacks and great coffee. It is peaceful and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from downtown....

"Great place to stay in the Mankato, MN area. Nice, quiet property butting up to a city park with great facilities for kids. The property is a beautiful old (1912) church converted into two separate suites, each with a huge full kitchen and a large living/gathering area, and either 3 or 4 bedrooms. We hosted a total of 16 people with no problems. It just took a bit of schefuli forvthe bathrolms, as there is only 1 per suite."
