"We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Will definitely book again on our next visit. "

"This property was one of the most unique places we’ve stayed and it did NOT disappoint! We loved being right on the water but if you have small children you may want to reconsider. Coffee in the mornings was so peaceful on our porch, and the evenings were equally as nice. There was even a friendly heron that paid us a visit a few times during our stay. "We were lucky enough to book this property for my son and my husband for a guys weekend in honor of Veterans Day. And it did not disappoint. The house is SO cool- complete with its own dock and a true house boat atmosphere. You don’t get any close to waterfront than this.
