Newly renovated cozy home in the heart of Golden, with hardwood floors, brand new appliances and pine ceilings. 1 block away from the grocery store, and walking distance to all of Golden's best bars and restaurants.

The place also has a newly built cedar deck with private hot tub, which is serviced and treated prior to every check-in by Columbia Pool and Spa.

Great location in Golden
This was a great little house to spend a few days in while exploring Yoho and Glacier National Park. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. The kitchen was clean and stocked (although no microwave). The kids loved the bunk beds. It was in what seemed to be a safe location and was easy to get to. And Mike was very responsive to any questions!

We were pleasantly surprised that Mike was such an awesome guy to deal with. He answered all the questions with very short turnaround time. The place was really clean very nicely done. The hot tub was very clean and a good size deck on a large corner property. It was very close to many amenities We definitely would go back. It was a pleasure staying in the home. We even brought our little dog, and she had a very good time.

Thank you Mike. Your place was well maintained very clean. It was a home away from home and convenient to all destinations on our check list to see. Very close to the local grocery store in Golden for any meals that we made. Our family loved it and enjoyed the deck and use of the hot tub as well. Amazing.

Great stay!
This rental was so cute. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was well stocked and very clean. The only issue we had was trying to figure out the sound on the TV so make sure if you are watching the TV you have the sterio off. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Golden is beautiful!
