"The room was neat and well furnished with an amazing view! Would definitely recommend the place, especially if you're going to be out and about all day.just a little note: The room had a very weird chemical smell that would persist, all the towels smelled of it. And I struggled to breathe...had to put the fans on and the extractor fan on all day to not get that smell into all my clothes. Other than that, the place was excellent. "

Supermarket and restaurants close by. Communication is very quick with newer owner, older reviews should not apply. He added newer beds and furniture. Has beach chairs, small umbrella, and toys with a beach wagon to carry them to beach. I would book again whenOn the island. "

"First of, the condo is still under construction as stated by owner. The pool is not operable and not sure about the other amenities which i did not use. When I first arrived getting in was a bit confusing since the parkings main entrance for our building was closed due to construction. The only entrance was down by the first 5500 building and Bonita beach road street which was a long way around but not too bad. Apartment is a bit old but very nicely decorated can’t really complain for the price....

The condo had everything we needed, and the location can't be vbeat--we walked to the beach every day, enjoyed the pool and access to old naples and third Street South restaurants.
