"To be fair the batch fit out was much superior to what we expected and of course had some concerns to make sure everything was in order on leaving.We are of an era when a batch was a little more simple.However we enjoyed our stay and the wifi Tv was good as could log n for UTube .I did have some concern when after the deposit was paid the instructional email did not have the attachment on two occasions.Sadly these days it is difficult to make a booking direct with the owner and the attendant add on costs whiv arrise."

"We all absolutely loved our stay at the bowling club. Fantastic facilities. Everything we needed and more. Awesome swimming spot across the road at the river. Lovely visits from rosie and spud the dogs which made our trip complete. We will definitely be back and will stay for a few more days!"

"We enjoyed the convenience and garden setting at Daphne’s place. She was very attentive to our needs. I especially liked having my morning coffee in the little outside area watching the birds. As others have noted it’s a quick walk to the neighborhood pub and close to shopping. "

"A true farm house with chickens and fresh fruit trees. The house and our bedroom and bath were well furnished and clean. The owners were warm and very nice and had fresh fruit from the farm for us. The views down the hill were beautiful as well. We had returned from Golden Bay and heading west the next day and this being in Hope saved us a good 20 minutes being west of Nelson. Definitely recommend. "
