"I was there for a company conference, and the staff was incredibly attentive to all our needs. Anytime I need an assistant there was someone at every corner. They help me ensure I was able to get boxes sent out from the business center without me having to take them over even when having meals for my company team meeting and gentlemen assisting we’re so incredibly nice and ensure to clean up after us quickly so we could continue our meeting. What a great experience"

"This hotel was extremely accommodating. Front desk staff were at the top of their game. I only stayed one night before returning to the city (had an interview in area) but would recommend the property for longer stays. My room was upgraded. Room service was promptly delivered and staff in their department were very friendly. The room was head to toe clean. Mattress was comfy. Pillows were a bit too hard but it was not a big deal. Kudos to the crew! Will rebook again at the hotel! "

"Staff wasn't especially friendly. While the room looked clean, there was a used wrapper stuffed into the couch cushions, the showerhead pipe had a large hole in the wall and would move, moved the couch to get something and was very dirty underneath. Checkout instructions were not clear."
