This place doesn't feel like its core purpose is to be a hotel serving the general public. The website touting is as a luxury experience is wildly off. It feels like an extra large Motel 6. At one time, when it was the Crowne Plaza, it may have approached luxury, but today it is a tired, empty husk. I would love to see it come back.

We were there for a thanksgiving stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated and clean. I wish the double room had 2 queen beds rather than two double (full) size beds. A full is a bit small for 3 adult size people.
