"Great spot. Very comfortable house with everything you need. In the yard we saw a black bear eating berries, a doe with its fawn, and the usual rabbits, squirrels, herons, kingfishers, dippers and osprey. Coffee on the deck every morning watching the float plane take off from the resort was enjoyable. Peace and quiet and the sound of fish jumping. A lot of history in the area with old towns, mines and mountain trails to explore. Some in our family read two books each while others floated on the lake or hiked the many trails. Great time was had by all, but come for a week if you can!"
