"Absolutely brilliant b&b with great food, staff and close to harbour beach and costal paths. The only disappointing part of the stay is that breakfast does not start until 9am, which for us was too late as we needed to get on with the day. If breakfast is a 8am start would have given the b&b a 5star. "

The staff were very accommodating with accepting my late check-in, serving hot breakfast immediately, including offerred further assistance if needed. "

"We agreed with some of the other reviews, that it a bit quirky in parts. Bits are a bit old fashioned, but everything is very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Only real negative was that things that would be easy and cheap to fix were not done, things like squeaking doors and replacing blackened silicone sealant around the bath. There is a pub about 10 minutes walk away serving good beer and food. Never used it, but I believe the chippy across from the pub is also OK. Generally happy and would...

"A fabulous place to stay! Clean room with everything in it we needed, king size bed with quality bedding, hot drinks tray, powerful shower with plenty of hot water and a TV that was easy to use. The breakfast was excellent. The owner was happy to accommodate any requests, nothing was too much trouble. The location was good with easy parking. We would highly recommend this B&B. "
