"We went to the area for spring break to visit Dinosaur Valley State Park. We chose this little cabin for our family as it was just the right size for us and our two boys. The accommodations were nice. It worked well for us as it was a place to stay, cook, and shower. We enjoyed the fire pit and a hike up the hill to the swings. "We were looking for a quick weekend trip and my son really wanted to stay in a cabin. I found this one and liked the size plus it was by the river. The cabin was perfect for us for a couple days. It had everything we needed for the weekend with out having to buy anything else. The managers were great and came and introduced themselves as they are on property too. The cabin is on well water so you have the sulfur smell. We walked down to the river and did some RC jumps. Skipped rocks and watched...

"My husband and I brought our two young granddaughters for a few days this spring break. The cabin was lovely and just perfect for the four of us. The owners communicated with me from the moment I booked and check in was a breeze. Location was walkable to the lake and the fishing pier and my granddaughter loved the space to play around the cabin. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for your hospitality! "

"We stayed for 2 nights and it was very relaxing. The cabin is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The property is fun to explore and very nice and quiet. The fenced in yard was perfect for our 3 year old son and dog. The location is perfect, far from noise but close enough to shops and restaurants and parks. We are definitely planning to come back. "

"This was my group's third time staying at The Rove at L5. Like previous stays/reviews, we were very pleased with the property. One thing I can add this year is that it ii obvious that they are investing money into this property. There were some upgrades that were noticed by my group. Also, my caterer backed out at the last minute. The property manager, Brandi, gave me some recommendations that saved the day. I have found her to always be responsive and helpful."
