If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept...

Rough track was scary in a small vehicle - would have appreciated guidance about appropriate car hire. Problem with wardrobe doors. Could not work out how to use TV. Kitchen equipment somewhat random."
