"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. "Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"The the property was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for and more. It was beautifully presented and stylish. I loved the retro additions such as the record player with old fashioned albums, the book with old images of Swansea and the copy of Under Milk Wood. These together with a fabulous view over Swansea Bay and towards Mumbles Pier made it the perfect getaway for me and my elderly Dad who has dementia as it helped him to remember his youth and brought a twinkle to his eye. "

"We are a group of 'mature' ladies that for 23 years have been going away twice a year for walking weekends in the UK. The house was extremely clean, well planned out and big! There is a door not fixed correctly to the frame and is hanging off in the upstairs bedroom and the shower screen in the bathroom is a joke and leaks water all over the floor which causes it to leak into the kitchen below. "Lovely cottage but on a noisy road. Beautiful garden. Everything we needed including food essentials on arrival. Bonus to be able to park off road at the end of the garden. What puts us off staying again however was the bedding. Did not smell clean and fresh, pillows old, flat and stained, duvets the same. No smell of fresh laundry. We bought some pillows at Tesco on the first day as we didn't want to use those supplied."
