"First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...

"The accommodation was amazing, for a self catering establishment, it is very well equipped, lovely island in the kitchen with oven and hob, plenty of space to eat. The lounge area was very comfortable, with big screen TV, both bedrooms had comfortable double beds, upstairs en-suite downstairs separate bathroom. "This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back. All in all, a very special place we can't wait to visit again! Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly."
