"My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel sits in a convenient area just north of Boston. It's easy to get back and forth to the city from this hotel. The breakfast was always good. I just would have liked them to have more fruit options."

"The Holiday Inn in Saugus, MA was a pleasant surprise. It is right on route 1 which is quite busy, yet it was quiet, well kept and close the places we needed to be. The dining area was clean and the breakfast food was typical, well stocked and replenished quickly. We were very impressed with the evening desk, our 1st night the tv was broken, John & Chris were able to secure us a new room with working tv, excellent costumer service. "
