"My fourth stay here and each time gets better and better. Location and comfort are always important, but it is the staff who make this place incredible. Every member offered activity recommendations as well as cultural insight. I was also especially touched when staff remembered my birthday with a thoughtful present. And I appreciate the service cart with amenities by the elevator every evening, as further indication that they put their guests first. Thank you, ADR staff, for all you do."

"Enjoyed a 3 night stay, staying in a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. Noise can be heard from the trams & traffic but the ear plugs help. There were a few issues with a faulty hairdryer & the tablet that controls the lights & aircon wouldn't recharge but there were some nice touches such as the prosecco & non alcoholic drinks in the fridge. The rooftop terrace & jacuzzi is a great addition & we spent a couple of hours up there enjoying the views on a beautiful sunny afternoon. The choice for breakfast was great & the hot food was cooked to order & arrived very quickly. All the staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. "

"We had a great stay in this lovely hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all really nice and helpful. They organised trips and taxis for us and looked after our luggage when we arrived early from the airport and left late for our flight home. We would certainly stay there again."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfers and trips. Organised lunch boxes to replace breakfast when on trips. The restaurant next door was convenient. It is within 15 mins walk of most tourist areas. The rooms were clean, tidy and serviced everyday. Little bit of noise ftom other guests, but what hotel doesnt. Overall very pleased we chose this hotel."

"This is a stunning hotel in a perfect location. Travelled with my adult son and was surprised with huge room with two separate sleeping areas and - best of all! - two bathrooms. Lots of nice touches - welcome liqueur and biscuits, daily replenished water and coffee, complimentary bottle of wine. Loved this and would definitely return. "
