Moreover Elsa could sit in customer’s chair, thinks the way that us concern mostly, and figure out the solutions together with the customer. "The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. "What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"
