"We were looking for a quiet place to spend Christmas and this was just the place. It was clean, well stocked, and in a lovely location. The hosts were excellent in communicating in a timely manner. We had an unfortunate situation arise with the people who were staying in the other unit. We contacted the host and she immediately took care of the situation. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"We had a great Christmas celebration."

"Stayed 3 nights during holiday season with kids and grandchildren. Everyone loved the cozy feel to the cabin. Beds were comfy. Kitchen great for lots of cooking with family. Fireplace was awesome! Close to Trollhaugen for tubing and skiing. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay here! It was a good space to gather and enjoy eachothers company. The bed sizes were a bit smaller than we anticipated but there were still plenty of places to sleep. Make sure to bring your own wood for the sauna and firepit, we had to make a few runs into town for that. But overall good experience and I would stay again."

We had a large extended family gathering to celebrate several anniversaries and birthdays. Florida, Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota were all represented. "This was our family's 4th annual Christmas stay at this property and, as usual, we all had a great time. The house was clean as usual and the views of the frozen lake was beautiful even if the lake was semi-frozen over and there was no snow to deal with. Plenty of room for our 14 people. Had no issues with our stay. Self-check-in so no problems with that. "My sister and I only stayed for one night and used one of the rooms in the house but it was the perfect place to stay for the concert. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!"
