"We loved our stay! The house has so much charm and was very cozy in the winter. The grounds around the house are beautiful and wonderful for walking, sitting on the patio or enjoying the view from the window. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for cooking. And the beds and living rooms were cozy and perfect for relaxing. It’s the perfect house for a big group. We can’t wait to come back! "

"Richard and all of his family and staff helped coordinate things for months to allow my husband and I to have the best wedding! We had family and friends stay at the house with us and Richard allowed us to visit the property a few times before our stay to walk the property and allow our tent rental property to find the best spot for our tent. "We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!"

It's tucked out in the country but an easy drive to Lancaster and local attractions. Perfect hot tub and firepit time! The owners were very communicative and responsive. Loved the wine and coffee! "We had a lovely visit with my parents, kids, aunt and uncle. The house was cozy and clean and big enough for 11 of us to spread out, even though we spent most of our time visiting in the large kitchen around the table. It was the perfect setting for our after-Christmas family trip to sight and sound theater. Thank you for the delicious gingerbread cookies. Highly recommend this home to large families. We would love to come visit again next year!"
