"My son got sick and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with warming up food at off service hours, and we had our flight cancelled and rebooked for late afternoon, we got a late check out option given the option to leave at the time we needed. I will rate it as an outstanding service!!"

"What a great stay just outside the hussle and bustle of Rotorua ... but easily walkable. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The bath (jacuzzi style) was huge and if we were less able 'may' have been an issue to get in and out of. Great room, great location and great staff - a definite 'would return here' from us both."

"Absolutely a great place to stay! The standout feature for me was the Spa and soundproof walls—you can hardly hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, which is a huge bonus. The location is also fantastic, as it’s conveniently close to all the places I wanted to visit in Rotorua. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!🙂"
