"I booked it through hotets.com and paid full payment. But once I reached there I was told to again pay in cash the full amount. They told me that I will be refunded the amount through hotels.com and they will email me the receipt. Neither did I received any email bearing the receipt of payment not did any amount recouped from hotels.com in my account. This is not at all acceptable. I emailed hotels.com about this issue but have got no reply.... "

"Repeatedly I tried to cancel this reservation. I telephoned and emailed them many times; I tried to contact them via Expedia. While other hotels have been understanding of the unique circumstances of the pandemic, neither Beersbridge nor Expedia seemed to care. I will never use Expedia again, and I will not stay at Beersbridge."

"First room was not suitable as there was no window that opened, broken cups, broken coat hooks, no trolley to unpack car, had to make 6 trips up and down unloading the car into the room. TV not working, had to move room, again no trolley, had to make 17 trips from the 14floor to the eighth as I had packed everything being promised the tv would be fixed. The night manager Karen was lovely and gave us free breakfast and 4 drink vouchers for the fridge at reception. It’s a great hotel with ideal...

"The renovated one room suite was very nice. Clean room, helpful receptionists, and close to many shops, restaurants, and the subway. The walls/windows(?) are a little thin like you can hear some noise from the hallways and outside, but it wasn’t bad. It was nice to have a little fridge and microwave. "
