"Clean, pretty and close to Tyler State Park. Needed to bring a pet at the last minute and was relieved it wasn't a big issue. The only little nit-pick was even though there was instant I wished there was a coffee maker."

"I would have loved to given the place 5 stars cause it’s a beautiful place & Robbie the host is such a nice man. We will go back!!! Only reason I gave 3 stars on cleanliness is: The outdoor kitchen needs the gas grill replaced cause the bottom is rusted out & needs a little more TLC."

"We truly loved this property! We didn’t get to spend as much time as we wanted, but we enjoyed every minute while we were there. Chris was excellent at communicating and helping to make sure we found the place easily. Definitely recommend this property!!"

"Truly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. Just a few suggestions. Replace grill grate...the one we used was pretty warped. Rugs needed vacuuming/washed. Cabin had a pretty musty smell. The tub needs a mat asap. Randy fell just turning around in it. Extremely slippery."

"Cute cabin in the woods. The loft was a bit hot compared to bottom floor bedroom. Kitchen had all cooking utensils I needed. Good location near lake Hawkins."
