"The location of this unit is fantastic - there is a shuttle right from the front door to Sachem trail and back. Unfortunately the positives stop there. Unit was pretty outdated and there was no real effort to make this a comfortable stay for guests. communication with the host was horrible and basically non-existent. The reservation was booked through VRBO, but all info came from Vacasa & required me to get a separate app to be able to get info. Issues were raised at start but never addressed. Many of dishes and floors were visibly dirty and needed to be cleaned. On arrival the unit was freezing and the thermostat was set to 55 on each floor and took quite a while to finally warm up once we turned the heat on - not how we wanted to arrive during a snow storm w/ children. Only after arrival did we see in the Vacasa app (and only the Vacasa app) that the bathtub upstairs was not useable. This was never conveyed at any point before and when I reached out about it I was told via text the bathroom was "not included in my amenities". None the TVs except the living room tv worked and I never got a response when I asked about this. All the bath towels are comically small and the pillows and comforters were all stained and yellowing. Kitchen supplies were fine but missing some obvious stuff (like cookie sheet) and overstuffed with decorative bowls and dishes. Just not practically supplied. We were only given 3 dishwasher pods and one roll of paper towels for a week long stay.. "

"Property is conveniently located off Sachem trail. Good size with lots of beds to accommodate a larger group though living room space is a bit tight. Host was easy to communicate with. Some little things here and there like no soap, which we took care of with a quick trip to Shaw’s. Would stay here again!"

"If you’re looking for a condo on the ski trail this place is perfect. There were a few annoyances with the place however. The downstairs heating made terrible noises all night long. There was no hot water in the upstairs shower. The Keurig coffee machine did not work and we were not told there was a regular pot. The code doesn’t work for the back door which is the one you’re using for ski in and out. Plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing and the dedicated boot and ski room was nice. "

"It had everything we needed for an enjoyable family ski trip. We were able to cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the mudroom for ski / snowboarding equipment and coats!"

"The cleanliness of the house was not good! Upon entering there was confetti around the living room floor, the backsplash to the kitchen had pasta sauce splattered all over it. That wasn’t even the worst of it! The lowest level has a futon couch, I was going to put my granddaughter to sleep on it and it had dried pee stain all over it! I had to take the futon cover and the waterproof pad in the wash! There were only 6 towels for 14 people, the couch was cracked and had a giant patch over it that was peeling away. The vacuum didn’t work, the cabinets with pots and pans were haphazardly thrown together so you had to take everything out to get to one thing. The coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was put on the counter a few years ago. The mattresses were so uncomfortable and after seeing the futon downstairs I didn’t want to sleep under the covers, who knows if they washed them.This space would be great if it were clean and put together like someone cared about it. One piece that really irritated me, someone from Vacasa called and told me I had to immediately stop using an electric vehicle charger, that we were on camera coming from the unit using it. When I told her I didn’t have an electric vehicle she insisted I tell her what we were driving to “relay the message to the complaining homeowner”. I did a little investigation and the building I was renting didn’t even have an electric charger. I will do my research, never renting from Vacasa! "
