"Review the details before arrival, and consider calling ahead. The front desk may not be manned after hours and you have to call to get checked in - all was good once I figured out how to call them from a US cell phone. If you're driving and arriving late, the parking garage may have limited access - again, call ahead to verify things. Everyone was super helpful, and everything worked out great.
