"Cabin was what was described. The TV was not working and WiFi was poor to say the least. The room was clean, but we did get quite a few mosquito bites at night—-but let’s be real, it’s a campground. Bed and sheets were clean. Staff spoke “okay English” but they were super friendly and did their best. They advertise private beach with chairs, but these are not included in the fee. "We really enjoyed staying at Camping River Village. It was a nice change of pace from the usual hotels during our 3 week tour of Italy. Our children loved the pool and playground. The cabin was clean but cramped. But it did the trick. Be aware you have to pay extra for sheets and towels! It was a convenient location to visit Cinque Terra. "

"Paolo’s property was perfect for me and my family. It is clean, spacious and very well presented. It is a perfect location for exploring the Garfagnana region and close to plenty of local amenities.
