"What an amazing find! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel this clean—the attention to detail was incredible. The staff were so welcoming and kind, making us feel at home right from the start. Our room had a stunning sea view, which made every morning feel like a dream. The breakfast was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was top-quality, and the lovely lady running it made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone we met, including the cleaning crew, was so kind and thoughtful. And as a dog lover, I have to mention their adorable little dog, Lucky. He’s the sweetest, and it was such a treat to have him around for cuddles. Hotel Florida is just a fantastic place, and I couldn’t recommend it more. I already can’t wait to go back!"

"We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. The next day they did their best to close up the broken window of our car all by their own volition. The hotel, food and service plus incredible view couldn’t be better. Thank you so much for restoring our trust in Italy and thereby allowing us the opportunity to stay and enjoy the country. "

"The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception. "
