"My wife and I are touring Australia and have had a wonderful experience with the exception of this place. Arriving from Melbourne on a 39 degree day (Celsius) we found the office to be closed. After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. "Beautiful location. Big room and comfortable bed. Games room was filthy, which was a shock. Perhaps meant to be locked but it was open and we thought we could have a game of billiards. Very nice food apart from the very long hair in my entree waitress apologised but we were not offered any kind of refund or a free coffee or anything. "
