"I stayed at Quality inn Gillette location on my way to Mt Rushmore,the hotel was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options for the amount I've paid . The front desk lady was very helpful and promptly assisted with any requests."

"The facility is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only recommendation I would have is to paint the sidewalk curb where the driveway slope away at the entrance a bright yellow. Walking along there the transition isn’t very noticeable and it’s easy to step off the side and loose your balance. It does increase the risk for a fall. Everything else is lovely."

"Myself and 3 kids spent the night and would definitely come back if we are passing through Gillette in the future! The staff was very friendly, and even though we missed breakfast the staff cleaning up let me in to grab a coffee and my kids in for a piece of fruit and a bowl of cereal. The waterpark was great! Kids had a blast and their only complaint was that the one larger slide was closed… but I wouldn’t lower my rating because of that, it wasn’t a big deal at all "

"Its completly understanable to do upgrades or remodel. It should be posted on the property details though. Also they have a small indoor waterpark which is the main reason I chose the property. Again if one of the two slides is out of service it should be posted on the property details. The surface of the shower floor was dangerously slippery."

"There's a new manager and she is the sweetest! They've improved the breakfast and they are catching up with maintenance. She's a wonderful additon to the already friendly staff. This is the only hotel we stay at in Gillette."

"1 night stay, returning customers. This is the only hotel we stay at while in Gillette. Hotel was packed due to a volleyball tournament and dance competition. Staff kept up very well. Pool was great. Breakfast was great for a free meal. Rooms were cleaned well. Noticed the smell of sanitation as we walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back. "
