"We checked in and went straight to our room, we discovered our tv was broken (wasn’t that big of a deal I just didn’t want to get charged for it when it wasn’t us) we called down to the desk and she sent maintenance right away and they got us a replacement in less then 20 minutes! Although it was wrestling weekend everything was maintained nice and breakfast definitely hit the spot and had lots of options. "

"This hotel is old and dated, however, it’s affordable, safe and quiet. The beds were comfortable and even though it looked old, it was the perfect place to stay. We will not hesitate to stay agin the next time we are Gillette. "

"This hotel is fantastic. The pool is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is lovely. The surrounding area has lots of convenience for shopping and restaurants, but the hotel is very quiet. Always an easy choice! "

"On a road trip and needed a place to stay last minute. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was a Saturday night and they had live music, a bar and casino. Also a restaurant but i didn't have time to eat there. I give this place a 10 out of 10 for the price it is clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable that i overslept through my alarm haha. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."

"We selected the Quality Inn, Gillette, for ots pet friendly options. We are traveling for youth sports and must take our fur babies, too. They did not disappoint! Check-in was a breeze and they provided a room by a side door so we could discretely step out for restroom breaks. They did not have a dumpter that I could see, which made pet discard disposal less than easy. They have a great area in the back to throw a ball and exercise dogs. My only comment is that the pet fee was kind of secretive. It is not posted, it was not clearly stated at check-in, and if I would not have asked for a receipt, I would not see a $20 per pet fee. This is steep but understandable. I suggest being up-front with pricing. A great place and we will stay again. "
