"Check-in was easy. We prebooked our room online. Room was very clean. Lots of amenities including hairdryer, fridge, microwave iron & ironing board. The continental hot breakfast was excellent! Sausage, eggs, toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, doughnuts coffee, tea, & juice. Room was quiet with a comfortable bed. Will definately stay here again! "

"My wife and I stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Gillette for a one-night trip. The room was clean, had nice amenities (fridge, cooktop, desk, large tv, etc.) but was a bit of an awkward layout. Maintenance hadn't been kept up with minor dings/scratches all over and even a small hole where the backup door lock had contacted a door. Overall staff was nice (though not many spoke English) and the continental breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable and overall I would recommend. Price was...

"1 night stay, returning customers. This is the only hotel we stay at while in Gillette. Hotel was packed due to a volleyball tournament and dance competition. Staff kept up very well. Pool was great. Breakfast was great for a free meal. Rooms were cleaned well. Noticed the smell of sanitation as we walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back. "

"The real bummer upon arrival was the fact that the elevator was out of order. We had to hike our suitcases three flights the whole weekend …we were there for dance competition so that really was no fun. But the staff more than made up for that. Probably the nicest hotel staff I’ve encountered, and they probably had a lot of complaining , angry people. But they didn’t let that change the kindness they showed!! "
