Above and beyond!

The fronnt desk staff was amazing! I had an issue with getting a rental car and they went above and beyond to help. The room was clean and comfortable. I come once a year for work and i will definitely make this my go to hotel.

I'm 64 and have a bad knee. When I arrived I was told the elevator was out. My room was on the second floor. I had to walk up and down the stairs with a bad knee. I was told that the elevator had been out for some time. It would have been nice if the website had posted this news, I would have stayed somewhere else.
