"Immaculate hotel. From the moment we checked in, we felt informed and welcome. The room was spotless and we enjoyed an evening meal with gorgeous scenery. Easy to access Whitby town from. We stayed with two children (7 & 4) and they were well catered for. Would definitely stay again. "

"Our attic room was cute and comfortable and very clean, with a view of the abbey. Tea/coffee/milk were unlimited in supply; check-in was seamless and the guest house is very well located. The only problem was parking: we did find a space but it was a bit of a walk, not really a problem for us and perhaps to be expected as we arrived quite late in the day on a bank holiday weekend. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay."

"Just had a 3 night stay at The Old Lodge with my 7 year old son. Everything was as good as it could be, amazing room overlooking the grounds, really comfy beds, nice bathroom, everything nice and clean, staff were brilliant really friendly and professional.. we didn't eat in the evening here we ate out every night but the breakfast was lovely plenty of choice for my son... Couldn't ask for more really and Malton is a lovely little place lots of shops and pubs ... Overall I'd give The Old Lodge 10/10 !!"
