"A very smart apartment in an historic mill. Beds were comfortable. The tv signal was poor but streaming apps were better. The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances. Sofa was a little small but the rocking chair was a nice addition. The grassy area across the car park was great to exercise the dog. "The Cleanliness of this apartment was apalling stained dirty carpets, kettle was filthy hairs and dirt just about everywhere and cobwebs and spiders just about in every corner of each room couldn’t wait to leave I’m so pleased we had only booked one night."

"A perfect place for a couple and one single to stay in Sandsend. Very well equipped kitchen with all you could possibly need. The property was really warm and cosy for our New Year stay and the check in process using the key code on the safe box was so easy. You enter through a communal door - don't be put off by the entrance hall which could do with a bit of TLC to bring it up to the standard of the Beachside apartment - guess that is out of the jurisdiction of the owners of the individual...

"Had to phone for the code to get in as we didn’t get the email with the code, apartment is small but looks nice however it wasn’t very clean, cobwebs in the bathroom and very dusty skirting boards, there was 6 of us but only 5 mugs, there was no bedding or towels for the sofa bed so first night wasn’t very comfortable, however emailed the company and was told extra towels and bedding was under the sofa bed, definitely would be a good idea to have a welcome pack explaining this.
