"This was my first stay at the EXchange Hotel. What this hotel doesn't have is a Large, elegant foyer. The entrance is more like what one would expect for a residence in New York. There is a door man waiting to greet you and answer any questions that you may have. The room is clean and well designed. Temperature in room is comfortable and if there is a heater or a/c it is very quiet. Bathroom is clean and spacious. We were on the 6th floor and you could hear road noise but nothing that would keep you from a good nights rest. We only had breakfast at the Hydra and felt is was very good. The best thing going for this hotel is the people, very helpful with a most pleasant disposition. Well done."

"I like that The Sutton Hotel is central to many other hotels, restaurants, shopping, the water front. It's more vibrant than staying at the waterfront hotels. Always enjoy the staff, the convenient location ( there is a grocery store and wine store and drugstore within a block ) . It's my prefered hotel!"
