"This property is exactly as shown and described. We spent 3 weeks here and it was very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The terrace is a great place and we spent most of time there when we weren’t out. The check-in process was a breeze and thereafter property manager, Maria, reached out to ensure there were no issues or questions and made recommendations for live music venues. Kimberly, the housekeeper, was a delight and did an excellent job on her twice weekly cleanings. The landscape staff were very respectful of our quiet and told us when and how long they would be running a trimmer. The location is great for excellent restaurants, beaches and even trips to the south and east coast. Would highly recommend a car rental. We would rent this property again without hesitation."

"The property is definitely not luxurious. The bathroom sinks are old, water doesn’t drain as fast, dining table only had four chairs when it’s supposed to accommodate 6 persons. The cutlery is very very old. My biggest issue is the property advertises items that were not available. Beach loungers and beach towels, not provided. Description needs to be accurate. Air condition is only in bedrooms but that is not stated clearly. The description says double beds in bedrooms but they are single beds. I think the owners need to fine tune their descriptions so that you know what you are getting. Signage on street not existent and apartments should be referred to by name as the signage is clear not numbers when there aren’t any. We enjoyed our stay as location Great, beach nice and area around the house nice. "

"Our 3rd stay at Warrawee cottage which I think sums up our feelings. We have already booked for next year. Great location close to Gibbs and mullins beach. Good WiFi. Everything you need. A home from home. Wendy did a great job looking after us and keeping everything clean and ship shape. See you next year. Happy happy "

"This house was perfect. The location was the best on the island. Private and right on the beach. The chef Whipple and the house keeper Suzette made our stay. They were perfect and we felt grateful to have them. They are included. The only complaint would be the communication from the upper management and web site details. All management had to do is send out 1 well detailed email listing how the groceries and food process worked. Make sure you contact the management and get a complete explanation before you arrive. Massey's grocery will deliver groceries for your arrival. You can order these on line. Once you are there Whipple will help explain how the meals work and what is needed. The website listed that there is a washer and dryer. This is not exactly true. There is laundry services that the house keeper is happy to do for you daily but you personally do not have access to the washer and dryer when the housekeeper is gone. This would have been good to know before we got there. Sometimes it is nice to be able to dry wet clothes and do personal items yourself. Again, the house was perfect the issues were upper management communication. The house manager on site, the chef and the housekeeper were awesome! Sea Shed had great food but you need a reservation. CC's has a nice lunch fish sandwich. Bombas...don't get the rum punch. The view at Animal Flower Cave restaurant and Zemi restaurant at Bathsheba were stunning. Reservations are needed. Enjoy!"

"We loved staying at Graceville. The house is very spacious and comfortable, with every amenity you could wish for, plus a few more! The housekeeper, Alicia, attended the property three times during our 10-night stay, ensuring the house was always spotless and that we had fresh sheets and towels. It was also very nice to be contacted a couple of times by Velta, the owner, who phoned to make sure all was well. The location is great. It was fantastic to be able to cross the road straight onto a lovely beach, something we took advantage of, with morning and afternoon swims every day. Also, being on the main road meant travelling to any west coast location, via the very frequent yellow "reggae" buses, was very easy. I don't think we ever waited more than 10 minutes for a bus to either Holetown or Speightstown. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Graceville and very much hope to return there in the future."
