"The hotel location is just perfect. My room was really clean and spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The area around the hotel has got nothing to do with the hotel. Generally, central parts of every city is busier than usual and of course a tad dirty. There is a security guard at the entrance and even the area has so many policemen around. I am a solo traveller and I didn't feel unsafe at all"

"The hotel is in a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the train station, which was a big plus. There are also mini-markets nearby, making it easy to pick up essentials. However, the area around the hotel could use some improvement, as the sidewalks were littered with beer bottles and clothes. Despite this, I never felt unsafe walking to the hotel. My main concern was an incident where some local guests made xenophobic and threatening comments. Unfortunately, the hotel staff stood by as silent spectators during this encounter, which was disappointing. While I understand the hotel is not responsible for the behavior of guests in the area, I would have appreciated more proactive support from the staff to ensure guest safety. Overall, the hotel itself is great, and the location is convenient, but addressing these issues could make for a much better experience for future guests."

"Our second stay here. Lovely hotel near Termini and within walking distance of many sites, restaurants, and some shopping. The Cathedral of Mary Major is across the street and breathtakingly beautiful."

"I liked this hotel for the convenience of having termini a block or two away, I had heard termini was a sketchy area and honestly it’s not and I was a female solo traveler so in terms of security it’s a good hotel, the staff was always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is simple but great to have something for the day I did see some coworkers in the dining area fight which made the environment a bit awkward but not my business, some dishes were dirty with dry old food when they were supposed to be clean, yes you can tell the hotel is old but it’s nothing bad specially since it was remodeled, I was not expecting to get my room cleaned every day as most hotels in Europe won’t but they did and it was another plus, but the only downside truly was that I could hear absolutely everything like literally everything which at times was uncomfortable and aggravating, but again that is probably in every hotel, and honestly I would stay there again as there are more good things than bad ones. Of course when booking a hotel you look for what you want and is convenient but if you are considering this hotel just do it because if you are like me, you will not even be there other than to sleep if you are a tourist and will have a busy schedule. "

"The staff were simply amazing!!! Very accommodating, very friendly and very eager to help and assist with anything!! They met us outside, took our bags and took great care of us during our entire stay. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if anyone visits Rome!! The hotel made my experience a great one. "Wasn’t here long, but loved my time here. The restaurant attached was INCREDIBLE, both in food and staff, very welcoming to an anxious American traveler! The hotel staff was also so kind, welcoming and helpful. Walkable to so much, including the 2nd largest metro and train station in the city. Could not recommend it more!!"

"Hotel staff are amazing, made our stay lovely. Underground parking isn't accessible as the ramp down is too steep but the uncovered parking worked just fine. Room as a little run down but for the price its very good. "
