"After flying for 20 h, I arrived to this place to find nobody except for clouds of hungry mosquitos. I called, ringed the doorbell and waited for two hours until the mosquitos and the sun were unbearable. We went with my 80 plus y/o parents and my 10 y/o daughter to a hotel and as you can imagine, finding a hotel in Rome in the middle of the summer without reservation is not easy. We end up in a cheap hotel after paying the taxi 50 euros for taking us hotel hunting. I went back to villa magnolia...

"The staff were professional, kind and prompt. The rooms are very nice, clean and completely well done. Would recommend. The location is not convenient for the major attractions but it's not horrible. The pricing and cleanliness makes up for it. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends."
