"Excellent first stay at Amwaj Rotana highly recommend as the service was brilliant all round. However on the last two days the receptionist/front desk staff member WEIM was absolutely awful. I witnessed her on two separate occasions being rude to elderly guests - pulling faces, moaning and all round being a disgruntled employee. When my husband asked her if everything is ok as she was very grumpy she made a remark saying she didn’t ‘want to be here’ and would rather go home. It wasn’t pleasant to witness and really bought down the overall experience of the hotel."

"Whilst it’s considered five star probably is a really nice three star. Rooms are not the most comfortable but a little dated. Think if you’re wanting full buffet half board etc then I’d recommend this place. Luxury no. That aside the staff here are very well trained professional polite and on the ball.
