They need to improve some stuff in a hotel, people are coming from all over the world but,they can’t even provide an outlet to charge their phone in their room. When I ask for an adapter to charge my phone the clearly deny to give it to me . I had to go buy my own adapter. We couldn’t use the phone from the hotel room to connect places. And they should have an iron and microwave in their hotel room..

A good quality hotel , the rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable and for 1night it was sufficient. The staff are lovely and the pool area is a welcome, after a long day.

Day 1 was terrible with water problem, but they address it after a couple of follow ups. Rest of the stay was great and I highly suggest this place as it’s very close to metro train station and very convenient for shopping as it’s connected to a Mall.

In comparison to nearby hotels it's much cheaper but is just as well run and maintained the front door is security manned and elevators are only accessible if you have a pre issued card, it's also situated at the popular IBN Battuta mall with over 270 shops and restaurants and the metro train station is directly opposite making it central to anywhere you want to visit, rooms are cleaned daily and the place is absolutely immaculate with outdoor swimming pool, gym, massage facilities and its own pub Mr Toads with football coverage and the best prices in Dubai, well worth a visit I'll certainly be back on my next trip
