"My family was visiting Buffalo for our nephew's wedding. The reason we chose this house was the two bathrooms. It was a very nice stay in a beautiful home. My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. "We loved the space and location of this property. Located very well to everything we wanted, near enough to grocery stores etc. Host was responsive when contacted. Plenty of room, well furnished. Our biggest challenge, and the reason we didn't give this 5 stars, was because of a pervasive smell of cigarettes in multiple bedrooms. One room was bad enough that we couldn't use it. "The house and property need some work still. The pictures definitely make it look way nicer than it actually is imo. The owner was very fast in communicating back to us, so that was a big plus. The pool had issues, the grass in the back yard was over grown and not managed well, was not one of our best stays, but got the job done. "
