"Vi havde ikke nogen god oplevelse af lejligheden i pankow. Egentlig var lejligheden flot, men på samme tid var der problemer med lejlighedens effekter som badeværelse og opvaskemaskine. Mest grænseoverskridende var det, at vi oplevede skadedyr i køkkenet under opholdet, og selvom ejeren reagerede øjeblikkeligt, var vores oplevelse ødelagt. Vi klagede og fik opsagt lejemålet med dags varsel, men vi kører pt en klagesag over det døgn, vi allerede havde betalt for. Ikke anbefalelsesværdigt!"

"Staff were lovely, location cool for Wall history. Only a lowish rating as we paid for 3 nights but only stayed 1.5 and there was no refund/change despite asking in advance not hotel fault apparently but I dont see how a hotel is at mercy to a booking site. We missed 2 breakfasts but the one we had was excellent- wasted over $350"

"The accommodation was good for what we needed - excellent location for transport links, station is 3 min walk. Shopping centre across the road to buy food/drink. Bed and sofa bed were comfy, the apartment was a good size. Housekeeping came everyday and provided clean towels. Shower was good - powerful and a good temperature. Reception staff were helpful and polite at check in. The only slight negative was that there is no cutlery/bowls/plates provided with the apartment. Essentially the...
