"Staff were lovely, location cool for Wall history. Only a lowish rating as we paid for 3 nights but only stayed 1.5 and there was no refund/change despite asking in advance not hotel fault apparently but I dont see how a hotel is at mercy to a booking site. We missed 2 breakfasts but the one we had was excellent- wasted over $350"

"Very nice, clean hotel if not slightly stark. Room large. No kettle in room as in UK hotels. Staff kind and courteous. Beautiful garden and pleasant outlook from the restaurant. Will definitely use again."
