"The hotel is a good stopover for visiting here. What the hotel could improve is there breakfast, this wasn’t great, the coffee was good but you could only have one drink so either tea, coffee or a juice. The other slightly annoying thing is, we checked in at 2:45 and had to wait 15 mins before we were aloud up to our room. The room was ready as there was only 5 other rooms booked. If it’s ready let your customers go to their room early, pointless and very jobs worthy."

"It was a very pleasant stay in a good part of town, very convenient to get everywhere. Having an on-site onsen was great too, my first time, sitting in steaming water looking out over snow capped mountains."
