"This was one of the best VRBOs I have stayed at. Very close to Beale Street and a lot of restaurants and bars close by as well. The property manager was very quick to respond to any messages. The apartment is actually a bit larger than it appears in the pictures. I would definitely try and stay here again next time I'm in Memphis. "

"Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on. "

"This property was nice. There were tons of toiletries and snacks. In the listing, it states that there is a pull out couch bed but there is not one in the apartment. You can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs as well. There is also a smoky/weed smell, but that is not the host’s fault. Overall, this is a nice cozy little spot. "

"Was informed 1/2 day before our arrival that property needed repairs and would not be available. We were offered a different property that turned out to be awful. Poorly maintained, rusty stove, peeling paint,etc. Left the property almost immediately and had to scramble to find alternate lodging..2 days later still have not seen our funds refunded. Needless to say we will try to avoid Patroy Homes in the future"
