"Very pleasantly surprised as the photos on the website didn’t do this hotel justice. The grounds, decor and general standard was very high and staff all very professional. "Lovely hotel in a village just a few miles from Venlo. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleep in months. Breakfast was served downstairs in the restaurant and the cold meats, cheese etc served on a platter, with the bread, croissants etc in a separate basket. Plenty for two people "

"Easy, friendly check in. We were early but left our luggage at reception, and still got our room earlier than check in time! Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, the pancakes were yummy! Rooms very comfortable and was great having a bath and a separate shower. So close to the centre too! Would stay here again for sure."

"Owner very friendly. I use a walking stick and the stairs were so steep and dangerous. I didn’t realise toilet was shared and would not have booked it if I realised it could be shared with 8 people. No shower, just a bath. Church next door and clanged every half hour through the night. At 7am it rang for ages. Breakfast very nice but dinner not brilliant. Had lamb chops, just 3 very not nice chops and not cheap. "

"Very warm welcome feom the hotels reception staff member, nomlift bit its just a one floor then it should not be a problem, car park by the hotel is great, just mind that if you come out after 8 pm then ise your room key to open the main entrance,i was not told and luckily i guessed.
