"This place was beautiful. The house was clean and very up to date. The surroundings were beautiful and you could see the river from the house. Nice view. All the amenities were good. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we couldn't use the fireplace. But I kind of understand that it's probably due to insurance reasons. I think a gas fire pit on the porch would be a nice addition."

"My mother-in-law lives in Cottonwood. Typically we stay with her when visiting, but we had additional family in town for a recent get together. Finding this place was perfect for my two kids, wife and me. Jeffrey was a great host. He called us a few days prior to explain the property and check-in, the latter which was was very easy.
