"We were blown away by everything about this rental. From Seth, the property manager, to the cleanliness and amenities of the home. We had kids ranging from 5-14 and they all loved the game room and the queen sized bunk beds. The adults loved the kids space / adults space! We made six great memories doing s’mores outside on the fire pit under a blanket of stars ! One of our most favorite homes to stay in through VRBO yet."

"When we pulled up to the property we were quick to notice there was nothing "luxurious" awaiting us. The property was overgrown with weeds and an old car in the driveway (when we first called host confirmed it was a relative's that was left in driveway). Upon entering the home we faced with the smell of terrible cigarette smoke (not good when we had a daughter with asthma). After our 7 hour drive we all needed to use the bathroom. We were unable to find a single towel in any of them...

"This is a fantastic 4-bedroom house, truly better than the pictures on this website! The property manager got in touch with me, made sure we were well taken care of, and was very helpful. The house is well-stocked with anything and everything we needed. Excellent location in the country, close to the Ark Encounter, and a great place for a large family or group of friends."

"Can not say enough good things. Prperty is in a great area. We stayed 3 nights and we covered everything we could fit in. Great restaurants, the ARK, winery, distillery, casino, Horse Park... and much more. The management group/ owner was first class along with his support crew. They took geat care of us!!!thetotresponded"

"Overall this place is great. Very clean which is important to my husband and I. Felt very safe as well. A week before arriving I emailed to find out what kind of coffeemaker was in unit. Four days later, the response was both a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig. I packed plenty of K cups but there wasn’t a Keurig, only a Mr. Coffee. No big deal I guess as regular coffee was on counter. Check-in info said dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper and garbage bags were in unit. They were not. I did text property...

"We had such a wonderful relaxing time at your place. Sitting out at night by the firepit and looking up at the stars, quietness at its best. Some of the most beautiful sunrises to enjoy coffee off the deck. We enjoyed watching the cats and kittens play outside. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The distance was just perfect for visiting The Arc. We would definitely stay here again. "
