"Great stay at the Little Rock House for us while we enjoyed the festivities of Bike fest. Easy access to downtown and all bike paths. The house is as pictured. Comfortable beds, although the metal frame on the primary is quite creaky and squeaky ( maybe a tightening and some WD40). The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for our stay. "Everything that was advertised was correct. It is nicely located near a very connected trail for walking or bike. Also walking distance to some nice restaurants, bars, coffee. Owners provided a nice bottle of wine when we arrived. They took care of a rare minor mishap that was satisfactory in the solution. Everything worked(TV, internet, showers, laundry,etc.) I would stay here again."

"Property was perfect for two. Hosts were immediately responsive. But, definitely a no frills rental in a great location. Just a glimpse of Dickson St. without the noise. It would have been nice to have a morning’s worth of coffee pods, for example. We were instructed to bring our own but we forgot! The bed was very comfortable! All in all, definitely 4 stars, but not quite 5."
