"The cabin was clean, well stocked, and well thought out. We didn’t realize dishes, coffee, towels, extra blankets, and even a selection of dvds would be provided. We even brought our own charcoal because we didn’t know the grill was a propane grill. We were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was clean and very close to the cabin. We enjoyed the trail down to the River and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We loved that we could bring our dogs. We would definitely stay here again!"

While it may have been an older house, you can tell it has been well-taken care of over the years. We really appreciated the well-furnished kitchen that allowed us to make our own meals while we were away. Had everything we needed! Host was kind and very quick to communicate. "My sister and I traveled from KC for a 3 night get away. The remodeled log cabin was the perfect destination. Beautiful backyard that we will enjoy when we come back in warmer weather. Great for bird watching in the morning. Impeccable condition. Simple, modern decor. Beds are very comfortable. Showers have great water pressure. We are runners and were able to go on long runs each day on different paths. Already looking forward to coming back in the Summer. "
