"Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small. "Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. The pool is a little tired, but still had a great time playing, all the poolside staff were excellent and kind. All in all a great stay, thanks Hotel Shangri-La!"
